A general description of core and non-core services provided under the characteristics that define the service category.
Counseling and treatment under the supervision of a qualified/licensed personnel.
Emergency Financial Assistance
Short-term payment(s) to utility providers to assist with emergency expenses related to essential utilities.
Food Bank/Home Delivered Meals
Provision of actual food items, hot meals, vouchers as well as personal hygiene and water filtration products and household cleaning supplies.
Health Insurance Premium and Cost Sharing Assistance (HIPCSA)
Cost-effective alternative to ADAP by paying co-pay and deductibles on behalf of the client; and COBRA payments.
Provision of short-term assistance to support emergency and temporary housing, emergency rental assistance and housing-related referral services.
Access to health and support services and continuity of care.
Access to health and support services and continuity of care through either direct transportation services or vouchers or tokens.
Services offered by licensed mental health professionals to individuals with a diagnosed mental illness.
Outpatient Ambulatory Health Services
Professional diagnostic and therapeutic services rendered in an outpatient setting.
Diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic dental care that is in compliance with state dental practice laws.
Counseling and treatment for alcohol and/or legal and illegal drugs in a short-term inpatient health service setting.
